What Causes Tingling Sensation And Buzziness?

I have tingling in my left hand and the left side if my face. My head feels extremely cold and my eyes and tongue feels like they are pulsing, kind of like a heart beat. I experienced confusion while prefoming a task that I do daily and had trouble coming up with words.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be due to the hypertension, anemia, or some deficiency like vitamins, minerals, calcium etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
you may need to have some tests for estimation of the vitamins etc.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotrofic injections for 10 consecutive days, and then periodically. Supplements of calcium, vitamin D etc.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods, to have good recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
