What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In Breast And Back?

Yes hello, I am experiencing a little tingling and numbness in the left breast, itchy and feels numb in the back.... What would cause this? I'm 45 I have been painting and using cleaning products. I am just wondering if that may have something to do with it. Or possible just heartburn ?
