What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness In The Arms?
My arms feel numb and tingle when I am using my cell phone or IPad, or even when I raise my arms to put on makeup. This feeling can start right away when I begin the activities mentioned. This feeling is like when one sits on ones legs and then they fall asleep .
