What Causes Tingling Sensation And Numbness On The Finger Tips?

I have multiple problems occurring in my body over the last year. Diagnost with diabetes but am taking no meds and readings are between 92 and 103 each morning. Also, my A1C is 5.3. It has been that way since shortly after being diagnost. I have a disc bulge in the fifth vertebrae in my neck. Occasional chiropractic adjustment helps the pain. I go about twice a month; two treatments each time. Now I have tingling in my right hand. Numbness in all of my finger tips and thumb. Sometimes I feel the numbness/tingling/burning feeling in my throat and the tip of my tongue and my lips. My lip tingling occurs on both sides. I also have a cooling feeling throughout my back from the waist to the full shoulder area; completely across my back. I also have inflammation attack in my left eye and will have the edema removed the end of this month. I have been tested for Lyme, TB and Lupus all negative. I am going to a Rheumatologist but she found no reason to suspect a source of inflammation. I also have tendonitis in my right heel and stiffness in my foot in the mornings and after any nap. I sound like a hypochrondriac but as soon as I turned 70, I fell apart. What in the world is going on. As I am writing this, I have felt the first numbness in my left thumb. I have to leave but will look for your answer when I arrive home.

Hi,

It is all due to diabetes that you have developed neuropathy and you feel numbness, feeling of burning, tingling and cooling.

Diabetes overall effects every organ of the body like eyes, kidneys, joints.

It is better you report to the emergency room for evaluation of your blood glucose level, kidney functions etc.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
