General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for your query on HCM

"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -

1)Do a physical examination by your family doctor to rule out any viral infections and do check your Urine[RE/ME] and fasting blood sugar.

2)Discuss with your treating Doctor about vitamin B-12 injection weekly

To prevent it do modify your lifestyle and take eggs, milk, cheese, milk products, meat, fish, shellfish and poultry in your diets.

Hope that helps
