What Causes Tingling Sensation Around Shoulder Blades While Coughing?
After a cough, i get a tingling feeling across my upper around the shoulder blades. Feels like a whole lot of tiny bug legs running in different directions. There is no chest pain or any pain at all, for that matter. I am a moderate smoker. Please help because it is kind of annoying.

I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms might be happening due to jerk that might be happening in cough action, although this is just hypothesis and may not be correct one but coughing action may cause some spasm, and this would be the reason for tingling sensation, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
