What Causes Tingling Sensation Around The Penis Opening?

I get like this tingling feeling around the head of my pens and it doesn t last very long it goes away as fast as it came. But I am an uncircumcised 25 male and when I pull the foreskin back there s a very mild discomfort that lasts just until I m done moving it. It s been over 3 years since I had unprotected sex and was tested for stds and had urine test/culture and blood work done back in January and they all came back normal/negative. I don t know what this I typically freak myself out over every little thing. But any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be due to local inflammation.

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like Betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the symptoms persist, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
