Hi,

Tingling sensations at the back of the head and blurry vision can be a cause for concern and may indicate an underlying medical issue. The symptoms could be due to a variety of conditions such as migraines, a transient ischemic attack (TIA), or even a stroke. It's important to monitor your daughter's blood pressure and blood sugar levels regularly as they can also contribute to these symptoms.

A TIA, also known as a mini-stroke, is a temporary interruption of blood flow to the brain. It can cause similar symptoms to a stroke but typically lasts only a few minutes to an hour. It's important to seek medical attention immediately if a TIA is suspected as it can be a warning sign for a more severe stroke in the future.

Migraines can also cause similar symptoms and can be triggered by a variety of factors such as stress, lack of sleep, and certain foods. If your daughter has a history of migraines, this could be a possible cause of her symptoms.

In any case, it's important to have your daughter evaluated by a medical professional. They can perform a thorough examination and order any necessary tests to determine the underlying cause of her symptoms and provide appropriate treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
