I am having a tingling sesation behind my left ear followed by a irritating headache..one doctor told me I have some for of neural forminal stenosis of cervical spine and another jus told me I had a carbuncle of skin and a\subcutaneous tissue...which do you think is close to my problem?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of tingling sensation behind the left ear which seems to be because of because of nerve impingement and foraminal stenosis. Need not to worry about it. Visit neurologist once and get it examined to rule out nerve compression , neuralgia or other conditions like neuropathy. Avoid opening mouth extreme wide while jawing. You should take neurotropic medication such as nerve supplement Methylcobalamin is effective to improve your symptoms. If it is not due to nerve impingement and due to dental infection/ sebaceous cyst then consult oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
