What Causes Tingling Sensation During Urination And Abdominal Pressure?

The past few days I have had a tingling sensation while urinating at the end. I woke up this morning and it got stronger I went to wipe and I had blood on the toilet paper. It was very light. I figured I started my minstrel cycle but it stopped. I ve also had no cramping like I would usually right before I start.I ve had light pressure or pain in my lower abdomen. It is painful or comfortable to have intercourse. I feel like my cervix is positioned weird. That s the only way I can describe it.

Hi,

In case your periods are not expected these days. I feel you need to exclude small stone (oxilate) in urine can be evident by observing oxalate crystals in routine urine check / or big one by USG / MRI if indicated by urine test. Taking pills of Cyctone over the counter would help you to relieve symptoms.
