What Causes Tingling Sensation From The Head To The Neck And Face?

I have tingling throughout the back of my head down my neck and in my face. It is the same feeling as when my feet/arms do when they fall asleep. I m unsure why this is happening and would like to know if I need to go to my local emergency room. It has been going on for over 4 hours consistently.

1) Correct iron and B-12 deficit by injectable medications

2) Check your sugar level and ESR

3) Do CBC with differential
