What Causes Tingling Sensation In Body?

hi, I have a chronic idiopathic urticaria since 4 months. For some reason, since three months I have shivers which are as electric shocks in the body, they are not painful. I would say that they are connected to the nerves since they move from the thorax to the neck and to the feet.
Could this be related to the urticaria or is it something else?
