What Causes Tingling Sensation In Both Arms At Night?

Yes I have gotten about 6 hours of sleep in the last two days. I randomly woke up at 4 this morning with both arms tingling and unsure whether or not I actually fell asleep. Also my right arm feels very heavy. Is this serious I am starting to panic please help
