Hello Doctor, I am a male aged 48. I have always complained of bad back so in 2013, I did an MRI which revealed the following: Cervical spondylosis worse in C3/4. Bulging C2/3, C5/6 and C6/7 discs. Diffuse disc osteophyte complex in C3/4 abuts the cord and narrows the left lateral recess and right lateral foramen. Diffuse prolapse C4/5 abuts the cord; multiple bulging discs in T5/6, T6/7, T7/8, T8/9, T10/11, T11/12, and T12/L1. Small right lateral disc prolapses T1/2 and T2/3 are noted to attenuate the corresponding right lateral foramina. Of late, I have been experiencing a tingling sensation on my left buttock going down to my left leg. I have been told that it might be an onset of peripheral nerve damage or sciatica. Are these symptoms reversible as they are affecting my daily life... I am now put on medication of neurobion and mecomin.... are they safe? Are they side effects?
