What Causes Tingling Sensation In Cheeks And Forehead?

My cheek and forehead have been tingling for a month. It comes and goes. I did start a new medicine in July. Last two days when I put on my glasses and the leg of the glasses grazes my temple there is a nerve that kind of aches then the sensation goes down my cheek but goes away.

Hello,

I can understand your concern. Vitamin B12 is an essential vitamin that helps in the regulation of the nervous system. When there is deficiency of Vitamin B12 in the body, tingling sensations can be felt in various parts of the body.

I would advise you to start Vitamin B12 supplements such as Neurokind OD once a day for a month. It should stop this sensation. In addition, if you feel that the glasses you are wearing are too tight, you should consider changing them to glasses that you feel comfortable with.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
