What Causes Tingling Sensation In Chest And Arms During Urination?

Why is it that sometimes when I urinate, particularly if I have to go pretty bad, I feel a string tingling sensation from the center of my chest, down both arms to my fingertips, specifically the middle, index and thumb. Is this related at all to the Vegas nerve?

Infections among other causes like spinal abnormalities, chronic conditions like diabetes, long durations of standing, hypothyroidism, herniated discs, side effects of medications, nutritional deficiencies (e.g. vitamin B12 deficiency), etc. Visit a doctor and get yourself elaborately evaluated.
