Hi,
Usually, spontaneous, intrusive and unwanted genital arousal with a
tingling, throbbing or pulsating feeling without any sexual interest or desire may cause such type of sensation. Usually such type of sensation of subjective arousal is typically but not always unpleasant.
Medical literature describes these symptoms as persistent sexual arousal syndrome. It is usually not relieved by one or more orgasm rather, this type of feeling of arousal persist for hours or days. This is a poorly understood syndrome. May be related to some psychological issues, which cause over-stimulation to the nerve of area (Dorsal nerve, a terminal branch of
pudendal nerve).
Similarly, another terminal branch of pudendal nerve in the close vicinity of this nerve is
perineal nerve, which supplies the area of
pelvic floor including the
urethra and hence over stimulation of urethra may result of feeling of pee. Now this syndrome is being seen with an increased frequency and it may not be as rare, as previously believed. However, if the symptoms become more agonizing, you are advised to see your doctor and treatment may be done under his/her guidance.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
