Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Tingling Sensation In Face And Hands With History Of Ascending Myelitis?
i am feeling tingling(jhanjanahat) and tightness(akadna) in my hands ,face and head.... and its since 2 days.. i thought its related to blood pressure issue but i checked my blood pressure its 120 normal.... i am not normal actually since i am paralized because of ascending myelities since almost 9-10 year... such tingling making me nervous :( help me
I suggest you to see your doctor for your complete neurological examination as this might indicate a new disease process on the top of your underlying condition. You might need some tests like NCS, MRI spine as well for your symptoms evaluation, but let your doctor decide all these tests and treatment if needed after his evaluation.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Sameen Bin Naeem, General & Family Physician
