What Causes Tingling Sensation In Hands And Feet Upon Crossing Legs While Sitting?

Hello. I ve been experiencing tingling when crossing my legs and sitting down. The tingling is mostly in my hands, feet and arms. I am going to make a doctor s appointment, but I do not have any diabetic symptoms and no one in my family has MS. Sometimes I lift really heavy weights, could it be the weights causing nerve damage?

It is a transient reaction and be due to occlusion of blood vessels,

Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself.
