What Causes Tingling Sensation In Hands, Lightheadedness And Dizziness?
I have tightness, pressure, and what I would say is discomfort with dizziness, light headedness, like I am going to throw up, when I exert myself. I some times get like a tingle sensation in my hands. It is not a comfortable feeling at all. However, I am only 41 years old. Is it angina or could it be angina at my age?

The symptoms are of mixed type however all are alarming signs. You need to get your blood tests like complete blood count and serum electrolytes checked. Baseline EKG will also be helpful. If all normal then good multivitamins and some gaviscon for stomach will help you with the symptoms.
