i have a tingling feeling that feels sometimes like its fluid flowing inside my head. i have recently been stressed at work and feel some neck strain even though i jog and lick boxing 2-3 times a week. Could this be related to the stress or may be something more serious

As per my clinical experience, the tingling sensation over head do indicates most likely over exertion, stress with anxiety manifestations. My guidelines for better recovery:
- Do not involve in prolong computer work or texting
- Frequent eye splashing with cold water
- Control of blood pressure and blood sugar
- Avoid stress and anxiety
- Take help of meditations, deep breathing exercises
- YOGA daily for 30 minutes
- Walking in fresh air with plenty of ozone
