What Causes Tingling Sensation In Leg?

I have tingling in my right leg. While sitting down there is mild pain behind my knee. I am aware of funny sensation up and down my right leg while sitting down and standing. My right ankle is beginning to swell and by tonight I'll have cankle - elephant ankle.
