General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be a contusion only. Generally, it is quite common after an injury. It will settle without many complications. As of now, you can use analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.
Apply icepacks for faster recovery.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedic and plan for an X-ray to rule out trivial fracture which might cause similar symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
