What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Abdomen?

Hi, I ve been having this tingling sensation in my abdomen. I have already taking a pregnancy test. Even though I have an IUD and I think I shouldn t be pregnant, I wanted to take that option off the table. Both tests were negative. The sensation is still there. I am not sure if it may be IBS. I also feel bloated, constant need to urinate and as if my uterus or something in that area was swollen causing me some vaginal discomfort. Maybe it is the bladder what is swollen.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I understand your concern.

The tingling sensation in your abdomen, feeling bloated and constant need to urinate are indicating uro-genital infection.
Urine analysis, complete blood count and abdominal ultrasound are further advised to run to determine the right diagnosis.

Having an IUD makes you more prone to uterine infection or pelvic inflammatory disease. Discuss this further with your gynecologist as might need prescription meds.

Wish fast recovery.
