Thinking I might be having anxiety attack. but... here s what I m experiencing: high-ish pink colour in face--w/o any make up on. both arms tingling and finger tips feel thick, like blood rushed into them Feet are pretty white stronger than usual heart beat

I think too that the symptoms you are experiencing are most likely linked to anxiety.It is necessary to discuss with a Psychologist for these issues.Behavior therapy and anxiolytics drugs may be of help if the diagnosis will be confirmed.
