What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arms And Face While On Duromine?

Hi,I have been taking Duromine 30mg for a few weeks now & by mistake yesterday I had a coffee with sugar which made me feel terrible all day (shaking,heart breating very fast).Last night I could not sleep & have pins & needles in both my arms & face which still hasn t gone away.We are getting married in 2 months time & am under a huge amount of pressure which is stressful so don t know if that isn t helping.

I think this is the side effects of using Duromine. You have to stop it.
