What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Arms, Hand And Face?

I HAVE JUST TODAY HAD A SHUT INSERTED INTO MY RIGHT FEORAL ARTERY. iT TOOK SIME TIME TO REDUCE A HEMATOMA IN THE PUBIC AREA BEFIRE THEY WOULD LET ME GO HO9ME, I AM NOW , FOR 3 HOURS AT LEAST, EXPERIENCING TINGLING IN MY ARM AND HAND AND SOME LIGHT TINGLING IN MY FACE. ALL ON HTE RIGHT SIDE.
