yes my husband is very stubborn and he wont go the doc or hospital. he keeps telling me it starts out like a feeling of dejavu and electricity going all through his body it seems overwhelming to him and every emotion hitting him back to back from anger paranoia hatefulness anger etc/???

-Has he had all these symptoms ever before?
-Has he experienced sleep and appetite changes recently?
It looks out to be anxiety disorder/mood disorder.
If the symptoms are affecting his routine activities and relations or if these symptoms are present for more than 3 weeks,you need to visit psychiatrist.
Detailed medical history is important for diagnosis.
Behaviour therapy will be needed under consultation of psychologist.
Breathing exercises and meditation will help in long run.
Avoid alcohol,smoking or any other substance abuse.
You need to understand him and talk about his problems.
