What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Body?

Hi, I have random tingling that can occur anywhere on my body. It s not my whole body tingling at once but I can feel a tingle in specific spot at just about any location on my body, including my head and face. I would describe it as a very light shock. I have felt it on the top of my head, my face, my ear, eye socket, and in my torso and limbs. Please advise.

I really appreciate your concern, if it is the diffuse condition of tingling sensation then it may be due to some functional disorders and may not be due to any pathology, stress and anxiety could be the cause, try to come out these and everything will be alright hope this information helps.
