What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Elbow And Wrist?

I have pain in my left arm. It appears to have been caused by one incident of heavy lifting 30-days ago. It hurts to rotate my arm. There is some tingling from my elbow to my wrist. It does not hurt enough to causde me to lose sleep, but it hurts more in the morning. The pain has been constant. No better and no worse since the lifting incident.
