What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Extremities Post A Mild Head Injury?
Two days ago (Wednesday Nov. 26) my 5 year old son and I bonked heads - the back of his head to my right temple. Experienced immediate flash of white light. Experienced occasional shooting pain over to my right temple area over the next 24 hours and temple was bruised. This morning I woke up with tingling in all of my extremities (face, lips, fingers, hands, arms, legs and feet). Feeling a bit fuzzy and am a bit nauseous; also woke with mild diarrhea. Likely to be related or am I fighting some sort of unrelated infection? Thanks Kathy
Yes it's possible to have those filling after head injury which can results form mom of family play. Brain is the centre of control of all the senses and nerve control in the body this if there was any injury will results into the symptoms you are having. I would prefer you are your GP. Do CT scan of head to rule out any injury to the brain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
