What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Feet And Hands?

I had deep vein thrombosis in feb and I finishe my pills and I'm not sure if this is related but I keep having dizzy spells off and on one too three in a day but then can go a week with out one. I usually get them in the middle of the day. Now I've started in the last week getting tingling sensation or sleeping feet and hands! I'm a little worried any idea what this might be and migt they be related?
