What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Feet And Numbness In The Lower Body?

I had my c3 fused to my T1 8 months ago after the operation I felt great for 5 weeks now my lower body is numb constant my feet are cold and tingly . Have been told its not the fusion lower back feels like its going to explode if I bend over to touch my feet . any ideas??
