What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Fingers After Exercising?
My wife, after exercising, suddenly felt a tingling in one of her fingers, and it turned white as if it wasn t getting any circulation. After about an hour, it slowly began to turn a normal color and the numbness left. Shortly after, a different finger did the same thing.
As per your query about getting tingling in fingers with colour change and numbness, it is related to neurological problem possibly nerve impingement. Another possible cause can be arthritis. I suggest you to consult a physician. He may ask you for investigation like x-ray and MRI for a correct diagnosis.
I also suggest you to include supplements like methyl cobalamine, folic acid in form of multivitamin supplement. Take more and more green leafy vegetables in your diet.
I hope this information helps you. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
Regards, Dr. Jyoti Pandey
