What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Forearms?

39 year old white male. I wake up daily with tingling in both my forearms, that only last either while i m sleeping or right before I wake up. I also have neuropathy in my left leg, but that has largely been associated with a herniated disc in L5-S1. I m seeking medical treatment now, but I m getting bounced around from one doc to the next. I recently have been having blood pressure spikes, but i do believe they are actually panic attacks regarding my health, yesterday I rushed myself to the ER, and after the administration of some sort of pain killer and steroid, I was completely calm... and completely out of pain. In the past month I ve had numerous labs ran... EKG came back great, no diabetes, kidneys and liver function is normal. I also seem to be losing my appetite, i m lethargic, and exhausted. Any suggestions.
