General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I have read your description and understand your concern.
First thing what you need to understand is that tingling sensation what you have been experiencing is not related to sexual activity what you have encountered.
It could have been caused due to calcium deficiency and electrolyte imbalance. Also it can be aggravated by stress.
Kindly relax and supplement with calcium and oral rehydration solution regularly.
Also, practice pelvic muscles relaxation exercises, which will help you to overcome such problems later.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
Regards,
Dr.Ashakiran.S.
