Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I m a healthy 70 years old male. Recently ive experienced mild pain and a tingling sensation in my groin area, above my genitals and radiating left and right wards towards my legs. These symptoms appear just before and into ejaculation. Feels like it is nerve related but that is just a guess. I put may be helpful to know that I have had five inguinal hernia surgery repairs over the last 30 years, 3 left, one right, one bilateral.

General & Family Physician, Dr. Varinder's Response
Hi,
You should undergo a color doppler study for varicocele study. Also, get examined by a surgeon as a hernia is detected on physical examination of the patient.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Varinder Joshi,
General & Family Physician
