What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Hand Post Intake Of Khat Drug?

Hi. Ive been on a drug called khat for about 3 days now. In total i have slept about 8 hours. My left hand usually starts tingling and going numbish after a few hours. I have a stiff feeling in the back of my neck on left side up over my head to the back of my left eye. Yesterday morning i was rushed to the ER after i puked for 6 hours and dehidrated. My face sometimes tingles and feels cold also left side. Im nauses most of the time. I am currentl taking molipaxin and eppipim. The ER dr said yesterday that i was lucky i dont have seritonin deseas. I struggle to spell at stages even if im not using. It sounds like i have slurred speach by day2 to 3
