What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Hands?

What can cause tingling in hands after I exhale in a deep breath? It feels like a electric shock going down in your hand. It starts after elbow and goes till my palm or fingers. This thing happens only once and I have to forget it and wait for some time to experience it again. ( it happens only in this specific condition and in my hands only). And I don t think it is because of vitamin deficiency because I drink tea and milk and also eat fruits. I would appreciate if you could answer my question. Thanks

it is neurological problem. so consult neurologist for examination and advise on diagnosis and treatment. can take tab neurobion forte for one month.
