General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the knee due to the fall. I suggest to use an anti inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day to relieve the symptoms. I also suggest to maintain the area immobilized to prevent further damage and rest. The symptoms will probably go away in a few days. If, not you should see a neurologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
