I am 64 years old, work out up to 3 or more hours, run, weights, bicycle, classes at the Y, stretching. Recently, in the evenings or late afternoons, along the outer side of my left leg, I ll get a tingling sensation and while it is not painful, I have to take the weight off my leg, lifting it up and keeping it raised helps. This will come and go, by morning it s gone. I will sometimes feel stiffness in my lower back in the a.m. When I run in the a.m. I may sometimes feel this tingling, but it goes away quickly and doesn t return until late afternoon. Not sure if this is a nerve? IT band? The hamstring is straight down the back of the leg I think, so I don t think it s related to that? Sitting in bed at night and reading it will tingle also, lying down flat it goes away???? Thank you,
