Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Tingling and numbness in the legs may be due to compressive neuropathy or peripheral neuropathy or lumbar disc prolapse.
It is possible with multiple sclerosis or Gillian barre syndrome.

Use tablet Pregabalin once daily for five days. Please get it done X-ray lumbar spine, nerve conduction study, serum B12 level, blood sugar levels. Avoid smoking and alcohol intake. If symptoms not improved, please consult your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
