What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Lips And Hearing Loss?

I have a bump in the scalp that is going down with Mupiricon but after the 10 days were up, the bump rose again. I HAVE HEARING LOSS ABOUT NOON. My right upper and lower lips have tingling. My ear stopped hurting when I ws swimming laps but a bit of pain in my ear occurred after a week off the Mupirocin. Why does the bump keep coming back.
