What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Lower Abdomen On The Right Side?

Hi I have a question sir, I have health anxiety, and I have been experiencing lower right abdominal discomfort. Not pain, but bubbly, tingly, twitchy, almost like a big bubble. It makes my lower back hurt on the right, and sometimes my abdomen is numb. I went to a doctor and she said no appendicitis, maybe a hernia with referred pain (no bump though) a muscle sprain, or a stomach bug. I can diarrhea, and I pass gas. I can t poop though. What could this be? It s been on for 4 days.
