What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Lower Arms?

Hi, yesterday I cut my fingertip including my nail bed by accident. Although it bled a little bit and was sore, it wasn t a large cut or too deep so it didn t concern me too much. But today I have woken up with pins and needles in my whole hand and lower arm. Is this usual healing process or should I get someone to check it?

take inj tt. proper dressing with antiseptic lotion. if requered stitches can be given to stop bleeding.this is neurological problem can consult neurologist for examination and advice on diagnosis with treatment.make the finger imobile
