What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Lower Leg Region?

Hi! I have been having a light tingling sensation in my lower left leg. Almost a tickle it seems in the same spot and absolutely no pain. I have controlled type 2 diabetes, lupus, colitis, ibs, on blood pressure meds and cholesterol meds all conditions stable and not flaring for quite some time. YYYY@YYYY
