What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Nose?

Hi there, I have had a tingling through my left side of my nose for about a year now and now i have the same tingling or pulsing through my left side of my head. It s only in one spot and feels like a bug on my head. I have had it for a few weeks now on and off. I m unsure to be worried or not.

Hi.
This type of tingling by the side of the nose and forehead may be classically be due to Infra-orbital and supra-orbital neuralgia.
Consult an ENT Surgeon or Neurologist for proper diagnosis, get started on appropriate medicines.
In occasional cases surgery to do neurectomy may be needed.
