What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Occipital Lobe When Supine And Severe Headache?

31 y/o female with Hx of herniated disc C6-C7 and Cervical Kyphosis. I continuously feel small bubbles/fizzing at my occipital lobe when I lay down (not moving my head). I also am experiencing severe Headaches. I have had a MRI of my brain and it is normal (MRI spine showed my Hx) Yet, these symptoms are only getting worst. I also have noticed some loss of control on my eyelids along with the feel as if they have sunk into my head a little bit. that is, it's hard to open my eyes very wide. Any thought what this could be? I have a Neural Surgeon, Neurologist (HA specialist) and a general practitioner. None of them will address this
