Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had outpatient surgery Nov 2013 by a neurosurgeon for Transpedicular DCMPRN spinal cord 1 SEG Lumbar. Since that time I have had a tingling sensation in my right thigh which I was told happens in some cases. The last month or so it has gotten worse and is now accompanied by a burning sensation in the area of the operation. I am also experiencing a tightness feeling from my right lower back around to the front just below the rib cage. Can you give me some advice?

What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Thighs?
Hello, Consult a neurologist and get evaluated. Detailed evaluation is required including an MRI scan to rule out spine related problems. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
