Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Tingling Sensation In The Upper Back Area?
After transplanting a small tree in the yard about 2 hours ago, and lately, I have become extremely exhausted. Today to the point of having to lay down and at times I feel tingling in my upper back. Out of breath too. I do not and have never smoked.
I think you overused your back and associated muscles during tree transportation, especially if you are not used to run such activities. Your pain is muscular. Take analgesic pills orally you find over the counter. Apply analgesic cream locally. The applicant is alternating cold and warm compresses on your back at the site of pain.
Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
